Week-ends are the only time I “allow” treat myself with a breakfast. Not because I don’t love it, most because of a lack of time. Well, on the week-end then, I like taking time for it, either I go for a Lao or a Western breakfast.
These past few weeks, we have been experiencing Le Plateau, which is not that new, but I (and I am ashamed to say it) had never tried it before.
The first reason which brings me there was their Cannelé ! I discovered this French pastry pretty late, but it was that good that I wanted to taste it again.
They have a good selection of brunch, and it is a bit tough to make a choice lol. But Hubbie went for the Moroccan eggs, me for the Avocado toast (everything including avocado seems to be always a good choice, always).

You’ll also be able to choose those famous yummy bowls, the Acai bowls or some pastries if you are more a sweet tooth.
I recently discovered they also have Kouign Amann, a superb (and I am definitely OBJECTIVE) pastry from Brittany.
The place is nice and the staff friendly, prices are correct and … The food is good 🙂
