Sine dard at Saylomyen

Food is always best when it is shared, so it a sine dard, don’t you think ?And Saylomyen Garden is the perfect spot for it.

Located in a small soy behind Go-DunK bar, Saylomyen offers some salaa and green as atmosphere for your gathering around a local hot pot. And it is open until late evening !

Choose a set or just a plate of “bites”: tofu, fish or meat – you’ll choose between pork, chicken or beef – to grill on the dome or to boil in the soup.

We usually (for 2) go for one set, which includes morning glory, cabbage, glass noodles… And a second plate. But if you like vegetables (unlike Hubbie.. hm hmm), just go for 2 sets.

Once your choice is done, waiters will bring some charcoal and a dome, where you will be pouring soup and grill your meat.

For my num jiim, I only season it with chili, lime and garlic.

I don’t know for you, but having a sine dard under 30°c is not an issue at all for me ! Yet, I love to have it with friends and family, this is the kind of food which really tastes better with beloved ones – like the Raclette in France.

Prices are reasonable, around 50,000LAK for a set, waiters are pretty fast and efficient and really, the garden atmosphere will, for sure, make you spend a great time in plus of offering you a delectable dinner.
